As such we offer a unique variety of services, each one of which is custom tailored to each clients individual needs, requirements and lifestyle. As such, all pricing is quoted during your consultation. Listed below are all the various services offered by Le Gourmet Privé.
Special Events
Le Gourmet Privé does small event catering only. For larger events we outsource to a larger sister "Catering" company which has been personally & rigorously inspected and reviewed by Chef Adenwala. We do events for up to 60 people with prices based upon the menu chosen and the number of guests attending.
Private Parties
No matter what the occasion, our goal is to prepare your menu not only to be delicious, but also to look beautiful. We do after all, eat with our eyes first. You choose the theme, Italian, French, Mexican, Vegetarian, Weight Loss, Special Diet or anything else you can imagine and let us do the rest. Prices are based upon the menu chosen and the number of guests attending.
Intimate Affairs
Can you imagine an evening with a table lit by candlelight, wonderful linens, the aroma of fresh flowers filling the room and having a professional chef personally prepare and serve you a multi-course gourmet meal accompanied by perfectly paired wines for each course? If you can, then Le Gourmet Privé is exactly what you've been looking for. Pricing for an event such as this will be determined on your customized menu and the number of guests attending.
Teaching Parties
Chef Adenwala will provide you and your guests with expert instruction but in an entertaining party atmosphere rather than the old sterile classroom environment. Whether you choose all finger food appetizers or 4 different main course entrées, Chef Adenwala will make sure your teaching party will be a night of entertainment and learning fun. (Maximum of 14-16 guests for this type of event please)
Private One-On-One Lessons
Ever wanted to go to Culinary School but didn't have the time or money? If you answered yes, then let Chef Adenwala begin your culinary education in the privacy of your own home. Learn everything from the basics to cooking for two or even cooking for 20. Be the talk of your next party or the talk of the block as you learn how to save yourself time and money in the long run and enjoy gourmet meals that you plan, shop for and prepare yourself. The price for expert private instructions depends upon the lesson plan plus cost of food.
Tea Parties
Teas are perfect for celebrating life's milestones and for creating special memories. Let Chef Adenwala create an elegant, relaxing atmosphere with wonderful foods and beautiful teas. Our tea parties are a three course event with typically two blends of teas, scones, finger sandwiches and dessert. Just supply the guests and let us do the rest. Perfect for birthdays, showers, mother/daughter events, church and social groups, business meetings and holidays.
Wine Pairings
Not sure which wine to serve with your Brie? Have your party menu ready but not sure which wines will compliment each course in the best way possible? As with any marriage, food and wine are not meant to quarrel. Le Gourmet Privé uses pairing techniques to profile wines and find their base elements which are then used to find their partners in food. Through this personalized consultation service, we can provide wine recommendations based upon your preferences and make suggestions for complementary food pairings. We also offer an array of special ideas for wine gifting.
We at Le Gourmet Privé know that there are people out there who really enjoy cooking but don't have the time to plan, shop, cook and clean due to their busy schedules. If you think you fall into this category, then we have three plans created just for you.
Plan #1: Le Gourmet Privé will send you a weekly e-mail which will include your menu for the upcoming week, a detailed grocery shopping list, a list of tips & tricks and a list of things that you can do ahead of time.
Plan #2: Basically the exact same plan as #1 but with the added convenience of letting us do the shopping for you. You get to spend more time doing what you love instead of spending it in the grocery store checkout line. The price for this plan depends upon how many "shop dates" we establish plus the cost of food.
Plan #3: This plan is used in conjunction with either of the two plans listed above where we do the meal preparation in your own home. You choose the plan and then Chef Adenwala will contact you to set up a meeting. During this meeting, the Chef will go over everything from the menu items to dietary requirements and finally set up a "cook date." We bring all the utensils and equipment needed to prepare your meals, cook and package each menu item with heating instructions, clean up and leave your kitchen filled with the aroma of freshly cooked gourmet food. All you do is heat, serve and enjoy. The price for this plan is based upon the menu, which plan you have chosen and how many "cook dates" you have set up during the month.
Consultations
Chef Adenwala is available for a variety of consultations ranging from full menu design to party planning, charity and social event planning, award ceremonies, restaurant openings and even food product development. Chef Adenwala has the experience and knowledge of the entire food service industry necessary to achieve your goals.
Gift Certificates
Know someone special that always wanted gourmet cooking lessons or have someone in mind for whom you would love to throw a culinary teaching party? For these and a variety of other reasons, you can now purchase Gift Certificates through our secure server using PayPal. Simply send us an e-mail describing the service you would like and we will get you a quote for your Gift Certificate within 24 hours. You print it out, gift it to your special someone, they set up a date with Chef Adenwala and from there as they say "its all gravy."
